FROMIS_9 make their long-awaited comeback with free-spirited MV for ‘Feel Good (Secret Code)’!

On September 16th girl group FROMIS_9 released the MV for their title track, ‘Feel Good (Secret Code’. The song comes off the group’s 3rd mini album, ‘My Little Society’. Check out the MV down below!

FROMIS_9 ‘FEEL GOOD (SECRET CODE)’ MV:

The song’s lyrics describe a free world and asking listeners to simply enjoy themselves where they are. Instrumentally, the track is disco-inspired with its synth beat and also features a catchy hook in the choruses. It has a fun bright sound that matures the group’s sound, whilst still retaining their youthful identity.

Looking at the MV, we see all the members doing various activities related to creating posts for their social media accounts. From looking fresh in photo shoots, filming vlogs or selfies, and getting dressed in a wardrobe full of a vibrant variety of outfits, the group all emit an infectiously bright energy. The choreography for the song is also given large portions of the video. Whether they are dancing in a large blue set, or within the dressing room, the routine looks free-spirited and bouncy, lifting the whole song’s mood.

This comeback marks the girl group’s return in 1 year and 3 months since their 1st single album, ‘Fun Factory’ which featured the title track, ‘Fun’. Following the vote manipulation controversy over Mnet‘s idol survival show, ‘Idol School’, by which the group was created from, the group have finally made their long-missed return. Unfortunately, member Seoyeon will not be promoting with the group this time due to an ongoing leg injury. We hope she will get better soon and return to the group’s future comebacks.
