With all BTS fans chanting “We’re officially dead” collectively after watching their newest comeback teaser, you must be asking yourself why we put ourselves through this pain. To answer your question; We don’t really know either.
Showing themselves time and time again as a group that notably does the cutthroat and in your face attitude well, the boys have noticeably surprised their fans with the look and sound their going for in their upcoming comeback “The Age of Blossoms“. Settling a nice trend of distributing their comeback hints they’ve sure causes us all some confusion as we all breathlessly wait for the release date to near to a close.
The teaser for “I Need U“, which shows us all the members upfront and personal gives a look of what we can expect from the upcoming MV. Obviously all coping with some sort of loss, we see Bangtan in a glimpse of helplessness as the sound carries a soft sounding tune accompanied by the members distinctive voices. I also realized that I would love for Jimin to narrate in falsetto, because that had to be my favorite part of the whole video.
Hold on to your hearts and check it out below!
I must say that even though the change-up is in my eyes very welcome and I’m always 100% sure that everything these boys touch will turn into solid gold. The way they portray themselves in this small teaser really left me thinking. You don’t have to see the full MV before you can understand the feelings that they try to incorporate in the song. The moments of them alone, closed up and so personal, I really loved the change you saw when we saw them together as front nearing the end. I’m sure this will give me enough to think about it until the actual release.
BTS’ upcoming third mini album, “The Age of Blossoms,” will be released on April 29.
