Inspirits will have a lot of dramas to look forward to as yet another member is cast in a K-drama. This time, dancer Hoya will be joining an incredible cast alongside Lee Dong Hwi and Kim Dong Wook in ‘Self-Illuminating Office‘.
The comedy centered drama, based off of a mini series of the same title, is about a Super 乙 (which appears to be a business term) who turns her life around after learning she’s living on borrowed time. Actress Go Ah Sung will be starring as Super 乙, Eun Ho Won. Ha Seok Jin will be playing her opposite as Seo Woo Jin, her cold blooded boss.
Dong Hwi will be joining as Do Gi Taek, an adorably hopeless romantic aiming to be a knight in shining armor for Ho Won. He will be introduced as a new contract worker who enters the company Ha Woo Line at the same time as Eun Ho Won.
Dong Wook is playing Seo Hyun, an E.R. doctor who just happens to be the son of the owner of Ha Woo Line. Seo Hyun becomes a sort of bodyguard for Ho Won despite his personality flipping regularly.
Finally, Hoya will be playing Jang Kang Ho, another new recruit. But unlike Gi Taek, he has amazing qualifications. From the Gangnam district, Kang Ho is extremely passive and his family looks down on him because of his streak of unemployment.
Winning the 2016 MBC Drama Script Award in the mini-series category, ‘Self-Illuminating Office’ will be premiering in March after ‘Missing 9‘ concludes.
