Between October 2nd and 4th, VERIVERY began their teaser releases with concept photos and character teasers for their upcoming 5th mini album, ‘Face Us’. Check them out down below!
VERIVERY ‘FACE US’ CONCEPT PHOTOS + CHARACTER TEASERS:
The individual concept images show two distinct charms from the boy group. The earlier set shows a more manly seductive side; with the boys in suits and vests and darker moodier lighting, the pictures thus have an alluring vibe that attracts attention to the members. In contrast, the latter images give off a boyfriend feel to them. All members are wearing head to toe blue denim, complimented with brighter lights around the set. Wearing a more natural makeup look, the boys woo fans over with their pure visuals.
Moving on to the character teasers, the short 22 second clips continue with the former photos in showcasing the group’s charismatic concept. We see each member covered with a red blindfold as the camera zooms in as they consequently remove it to show their faces. The instrumental that plays is intense with a drum and synth beat, with a roaring sound effect to give it an extra punch.
VERIVERY‘s last comeback was with their 4th mini album, ‘Face You’ which was promoted with the title track ‘Thunder’, released in July. Hence this will mark the group’s speedy return in approximately three months. The album is the third installment in the group’s ‘Face It’ album series after their mini albums ‘Face Me’ and the aforementioned ‘Face You’, signalling the end to this album trilogy. The boy group are on the rise in terms of their sales throughout the series with their most recent album selling over 39,000 copies, a personal best record for them. Here’s hoping to seeing how they will continue to succeed with this comeback.
More teasers such as the album’s track list, title track MV teaser and highlight medley will be released in the coming days leading up to their return.
