For the first time in about three years, 2NE1 held a fan signing event and it was a grand success.
In celebration of their 2nd full length album “Crush“, the girls met with Blackjacks at Time Square in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul on March 15th. The last time 2NE1 held this sort of event was back in 2011 when they released their 2nd mini album.
The venue was a full house! Despite the 110 fans who were chosen to attend, regular citizens and other fans came to support the girls regardless.
The signing event lasted for about an hour and 2NE1 showed up in outfits that really represent each member’s unique style. Every member passed friendly smiles and eye contact along with small talk since they haven’t been able to do so for a very long time. Despite the short amount they spent with their fellow Blackjacks, the girls made special memories with fans.
Bom showed her sense of gratitude to the fans after the signing event, “I didn’t expect that so many would come. I really missed my fans.” CL also gave thanks by saying, “We are going to sing and perform as much as we can this year, so please keep sending us your love and support for us and our music.”
