At last, we come to the end of this second season of BTOB‘s “I’ll be your melody” with Peniel. Peniel surprised us all by covering a difficult song, “I’m yours,” by Jason Mraz.
Shin Donggeun (Peniel’s real name) doesn’t gain so much attention while being with his members on shows and performances, because he usually doesn’t have a lot of lines in BTOB’s songs. We’ve always wondered why, and many conclude that it’s not that he is not good enough vocally, but because the others are so good, he doesn’t really stand out.
This time he proved himself with this cover, singing amazingly with his cute accent. The cutest thing in this whole thin is what he said in the beginning of the video: “I know that I lack so much, but listen to me well!”
I know that all Melodys are proud of him, and wish that in the future, CUBE will give him more lines in their songs.
