Officially KMusic would like to wish Rain a very happy 34th birthday!
Born Jung Ji-hoon ( 정지훈 ) in Seosan, South Chungcheong Province, South Korea and started his carrier at age 16 when he was a member of a boy band called, Fanclub (팬클럽).
In 2002 he debuted with the album Bad Guy where he introduced himself with his stage name, Rain.
Later on in 2004 he started in the popular drama, Full House, with actress Song Hye-kyo.
In 2008 he stared in his first American film Speed Racer as Racer Taejo Togokahn then later in 2009 had the staring roll in Ninja Assassin as Raizo.
He continued to grow as an idol and as an actor and in October 2015 he announced that he would be in a one-man agency with his long time manager and would continue his work.
He also announced that he would be going on his first tour in years, called, “The Squall” in China, South Korea, and possibly Japan, Europe and the Americas.
His most currant work was in February 2016 where he stared in SBS’s Please Come Back, Mister.
