Startship X has recently announced their newest collaboration project between SISTAR‘s Hyorin and solo singer JooYoung. Now they have unveiled the title of their new single, which will be “Erase,” and released a meaningful MV teaser for it.
The video, as promised earlier, features Takuya from CROSS GENE, and shows the duo acting like two professionals in what looks like the all too familiar love triangle.
As expected, from the small preview we’ve got, their voices match really well together. It seems like the song will go for a classic ballad style, which fits perfectly with Hyorin’s and JooYoung’s harmonizing voices.

Starship has a long record of charts topping with the girls from SISTAR. Both Soyou‘s collaborations with Junggigo‘s for “Some” and Mad Clown for “Stupid in Love” have been extremely successful, so we might expect the same from Hyorin.
As for JooYoung, it’s more than awesome to finally hear him singing in Korean, since his début single, “Call You Mine” was fully in English. We also expect a lot from Takuya’s acting since he’s a seasoned pro and already snagged the main roles in two Japanese dramas (“Run 60” and “SIGN“) and in the movie “Run 60 – Game Over“.
