K-EXCLUSIVE: Seventeen Shining Diamonds Tour 2016 in Singapore
We witnessed waves of sparkly bright lights last night, as if surrounded by shining diamonds. We are talking about Carats of course. Carats to the shining diamonds of Pledis Entertainment, SEVENTEEN!

Lights dimmed as the screen started playing various music video clips of SEVENTEEN. With much anticipation & excitement, all the Carats began singing along harmoniously as one.

The boys took everyone by surprise when they popped up on stage without a sound. Lights flickered simultaneously on all the members as they kicked start the concert.

Starting the night off with Shining Diamonds as their opening song, SEVENTEEN dazzled on stage indeed. They didn’t stop there though. They shone on stage throughout the night, performing a total of 9 songs which included songs like ROCK, 엄지척(Chuck), NO F.U.N. and many more!

The 3 units of Vocal, Rap & Performance each performed their individual stages of 어른이 되면 (When I grow up), 표정관리(Fronting) & of course OMG. Each stage was uniquely theirs & the fans were pumped up more, being able to watch the different charms & charisma of each unit during their stages.

During their talking session, SEVENTEEN got to pick out some questions & requests that had been self-written by the fans.

One of the questions had D.K asking Hoshi “Who do you NOT want to room with during the tour?”. To that, Hoshi answered “D.K” to D.K, saying that they he thinks they’re not a good fit because they don’t like the same food. Needless to say, everyone cracked up.

As for the requests, some of the members were asked to sing, some did Scale Battle, some had to Dance Battle & some were requested to just be adorable.

MC Seungkwan also made an appearance later on in the talk session & led a game of charades between the 3 unit groups, Vocal, Rap & Performance. First group to get 10 points would win the game. After a hilariously fierce battle between the members, the losing group came out to be the Rap unit & thus they received punishment.

Carats broke out into another singing session with 예쁘다 (Pretty U), as the members prepared themselves for their next performance.

The boys came back out with a wardrobe change & performed their hit songs 아낀다 (Adore U), 만세 (Mansae), 예쁘다 (Pretty U) & ended the concert off very nicely with 아주NICE (Very Nice).

Leaving the stage quite hurriedly, we had a strong feeling there would be an encore & sure enough, the members came back out & sang a couple more songs. The part that got everyone especially wild was when they threw signed coloured balls into the audience.

We were fortunate enough to have caught 3 of the signed balls & then we gave them away to some very lucky Carats.

Before ending the concert for real this time, each member proceeded to say their goodbyes to Carats & completed it with a group bow. We could not help but laugh at how adorable the members were as various members kept standing back up to check if they were done bowing. Check it out here.

After the concert, Carats proceeded on with the Hi-Touch & Group Photograph sessions. Those who were given a pink card were eligible for a Group Photo with the members. Meanwhile, the blue card holders were eligible for a Hi-Touch. Numerous fans became emotional & shed happy tears after being able to see their idol up close.

We were granted a short while into the Group Photo Session & shot some pictures of the members with Carats.
