Kim Yeon Ji, former lead singer of 3-member group SeeYa, is making her return to music after a 4 year absence!
Since SeeYa’s disbandment in 2009, Kim Yeon Ji had fallen out of the public eye. She is very anxious to present her best work for this comeback, and has stated, “As someone who is pretty much starting all over again, I’m half excited and half worried. Just like how I’ve worked really hard in the past, I want to show and present songs through a soulful voice and a sincere heart.”
The teaser for her first single, “Sad Day,” dropped on April 17th, with the full music video to release on the 18th. The clip reveals Kim Yeon Ji in a bedroom, fretting over her phone and calendar, seemingly alone and missing someone. Then her soulful voice comes in singing a clip of the track, while on screen she begins to weep. It is no doubt an emotional song and we are anxious to see more!
