On February 3rd, MONSTA X released their Previous Film for their upcoming comeback ‘We Are Here‘. The short film acts as a preview and teaser for their album. It has given fans a clue as to what concept the group will pursue.
The short film alludes to many of the group’s previous albums, creating an even more suspenseful atmosphere.

The ticking of a clock is heard before a dark liquid is seen. Both of these may remind Monbebes of the group’s previous music videos. Shownu is then seen walking through floating pieces of glass as I.M’s deep voice narrates. This style of narration is also not new to fans as many may find it similar to the group’s oath for ‘All In‘. All the members appear after one another with the appearance of guns, roses, animals, mannequins and more. Hyungwon falls into a pool of water before the film ends.
The Previous Film is mysterious and dark, keeping fans on the edge of their seats. The recurring theme in the film seems to be greed amongst many.
MONSTA X will have their comeback on Monday the 18th of February!
