Girls’ Generation’s Sunny made a little confession on JTBC’s “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator,” that diet plans are more of an idea for the girls, then something they actually successfully go through with.
Sunny admitted that among the members, “ that no one followed the diet plan.” Their diet consists of rice, grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli, and seasonal vegetables, while for lunch, they have the same rice and grilled chicken breast, but with a cabbage and paprika salad with almonds. For dinner, the girls dine on sweet potatoes, eggs, and a cabbage and paprika salad.
After the confession, Chef Choi Hyun Suk and Chef Sam Kim each presented their own “diet recipe” as the answer to the girls prayers. with the hope of being named the “Official Girls’ Generation Chef.”
