Currently Super Junior is in England performing at Wembley Arena for their Super Show 5. But this wasn’t the only reason for Super Junior to be in London
Super Junior received a very special invitation to speak at Oxford University. It was only last November that Psy was awarded the same privilege. During his event Psy spoke about “Challenges and Decision Making” and told many stories about his own life.
The Oxford University Korea Society (OUKS), Oxford University Asian-Pacific Society (OUAPS) and Oxford Union are organizing the event. They revealed within days of them announcing the event they already had 300 people signed up from the 3 unions. They also had sold out the 120 tickets available to the public.
Unfortunately not all the boys will be at the event, only Kangin, Eunhyuk, Siwon and Kyuhyun will be representing the group for this speaking event.
Many people are very curious what the boys will be speaking about. The 3 unions have asked that people keep in mind this is not a fan meeting and that they reserve the right to remove anyone they feel is acting in a disrespectful manner. Even though there is a 45 min question and answer session, all questions have to be submitted before hand, as well no gifts are allowed to be given to the boys due to SM Entertainment’s strict fan gift regulations.
What do you think of this achievement for our Super Junior boys?
