Officially KMusic gives you a list of artists and groups who are not gaining much attention even though they are very talented and active, some of them more than others. In KPOP we have so many groups that we cannot always pay attention to all of them but some of them deserve minute or two of our time to listen and apreciate their hard work.
This is a brand new segment that we decided to do, first we will cover the boy groups, divided in two parts, later the girls and rookies separately. So please let your ears and hearts open to them, who knows, maybe you will find someone new to love and discover great talent you may have missed. Keep in mind that this is just fan base opinion and we didn’t go by any charts. This is the list of first 10 groups out of 20 that we chose.
With no particular order, here they are:
1. BtoB (Born to Beat) is a 7-member group debuted in March 2012 under CUBE Entertainment.
Members:
Seo Eunkwang (leader, vocalist), Lee Minhyuk (rapper, vocalist), Lee Changsub (vocalist), Lim Hyunsik (vocalist, dancer), Peniel (vocalist, dancer, rapper), Jung Ilhoon (main rapper), Yook Sungjae (vocalist, maknae).
Fandom Name: Melodies!
They released numerous singles and hits some of them are: Insane, Beep beep, Thriller , Father, WOW and their latest comeback with “You’re so fly”.
2. Lunafly is a 3-member group signed under Nega Network.
Members:
Yun (vocalist, guitarist and maknae), Teo (vocalist, drummer, pianist) and Sam (leader, vocalist, guitarist).
Fandom Name: LUKIE
They debuted in Spetember 2012 with their self composed song “How nice would it be”, and some other singles like Fly to love, Special Guy and Clear day, cloudy day. We bring you their latest single “Super Hero” spanish cover.
3. SPEED is a 7- member group debuted in 2011 under MBK Entertainment.
Members:
Taewoon (main rapper, leader) Jungwoo (main vocalist), Yoohwan (sub vocal, dancer), Sungmin (lead rapper, vocalist, dancer, maknae), Jongkook (lead vocalist), Saejoon (vocalist, visual), Taeha (sub vocal, dancer).
Fandom Name: DEEPS
Listen to their latest comeback with “Look at me now”, and some of their other song like It’s over, Pain the love of heart, debut song Lovey – Dovey Plus.
4. 100% is a 7-member group debuted in September 2012 under Top Media.
Members:
Minwoo (leader, vocalist), Rokhyun (main vocalist), Jonghwan (vocalist), Chanyong (rapper), Changbum (rapper), and Hyukjin (vocalist).
Fandom Name: Perfection
They debuted with the song We, 100%, but they have a lot of amazing songs like: Bad Boy, Beat, and their latest comeback with “U Beauty”
5. NU’EST (New Established Style and Tempo) is a 5-member group debuted in 2012 under Pledis Entertainment.
Members:
JR (Junior Royal, leader, main rapper), Aron (lead rapper, sub vocalist), Minhyun (lead vocalist, dancer and visual), Baekho (main vocalist, dancer), Ren (sub vocalist, dancer), and Jason, an additional member whom is only a part of sub-unit NU’EST M.
Fandom Name: L.O.Λ.E (pronounced “Love”)
Their debut song was Face. But the have so many good song like: Action, Hello, Sleep Talking and “Good Bye Bye”
6. MR.MR. is a 5-member group who debuted in 2012 under the managment TH E&M with their digital single “Who’s that girl”,
Members:
Jin (leader and vocalist), Changjae (vocalist), Tey (main vocalist and visual), Doyeon (vocalist), Ryu (lead vocalist, maknae).
Fandom Name: Miso

7. MYNAME is a 5-member group signed under H2 Media. Created by “Fly to the sky” member Hwanhee. They debuted with their single Message in October 2011.
Members:
Gunwoo (leader, main vocalist), Seyong (rapper), Jun Q (rapper, sub vocal), Insoo (main vocalist) and Chaejin (visual, maknae and sub vocal).
Fandom Name: MYgirl

8. Royal Pirates is a korean-american rock band debuted in 2013 with Shout out.
Members:
Moon (leader, main vocalist, guitarist, composer), Sooyoon (drummer, vocalist, songwriter and maknae) and James (bass, vocalist).
Fandom Name: (undecided)

9. BOYFRIEND is a 6-member group debuted under Starship Entertainment, with the song Boyfriend on MCountdown in March the same year. They are the first boy band to have twin members in a group.
Members:
Donghyun (leader, lead vocalist), Hyunseong (main vocalist), Jeongmin (lead vocalist), Youngmin (vocal, dancer, visual, older twin), Kwangmin (main, rapper, dancer and visual, younger twin) and Minwoo (lead rapper, dancer, maknae).
Fandom name: BESTFRIENDS.

10. C-CLOWN is a 6-member group debuted under Yedang Entertainment in 2012 with Solo.
Members:
Rome (rapper, leader), Siwoo (vocalist), Ray (vocalist), Kangjun (main vocalist), T.K (rapper) and Maru (rapper, maknae).
Fandom Name: CROWN
Its official fandom colour is pearl forest green and the fandom name is CROWN. Check out some of the songs of C-CLOWN: Far away…young love, Shaking heart, Justice, and “Lets Love”
