As many of you know, we recently delivered some sad news: that TVXQ’s Yunho will be entering the military for active duty service on July 21st. Fortunately for fans though, this K-Pop veteran is to determined to go out with a bang, and give us something to hang on to while he’s away.
On July 9th, Yunho will release his first ever solo album, “U Know Y,” in Japan, and there’s already been a teaser dropped for the title single, “Burning Down.” On July 9th, the Short PV version of the music video was revealed by Avex Network, and let me tell you, the man is pulling out all the stops.
Unfortunately with Japanese releases, the short version is usually all we get, at least from any official sources. Whether or not Avex will drop the full MV for this remains to be seen, but for now, let’s enjoy the peek that we do have. I will be perfectly honest, when Yunho says “you’re burning so hot, baby,” I made a noise I’d rather not admit to publicly. Somewhere between a scream and squeal, I’m not entirely certain. Either way, Yunho is smokin’ in this clip, breaking out all those skillful dance moves we all know so well. The song itself has an upbeat funk groove to it, very catchy, and fits his voice well.
To sum up: He’s sex on a stick, as usual. Go watch it!
