Former member of the now-disbanded girl group SPICA, Kim Bo Hyung, has dropped her newest solo track ‘Flash Me’.
In the MV, Kim Bo Hyung showcases her amazing vocals by singing entirely in English! The setting is a fun house party, where Kim Bo Hyung is dressed fashionably and plays the piano, sings into a microphone and dances into the night with her friends.
“FLASH ME” OFFICIAL MV
The music video is full of shots of makeup, as well as Kim Bo Hyung applying lipstick on to her friends – this is because she is the muse of makeup brand Vivlas, and has previously participated in their commercials.
Since ‘you can take my heart and runaway, flash me’ is the motto of the brand, and one of the lyrics, it is clear that Kim Bo Hyung aims to showcase the makeup company within her new track!
Kim Bo Hyung was the maknae of SPICA, who announced their disbandment after 5 years in February 2017. Even while a part of the band, Kim Bo Hyung was no stranger to solo music, and has even released OSTs for K-dramas such as ‘Pied Piper’, ‘Jackpot’, and more.
What do you think of ‘Flash Me’? Do you prefer Kim Bo Hyung as a solo artist?
