2AM lastest mini album, originally set for release on November 9th, has been postponed.
2AM’s new mini album ‘Nocturne’ will be released at a much later date than expected, so that the album can go under additional touches and it’s content can be improved to make it more enjoyable. It will now be released on November 27th as revealed by Big Hit Entertainment.
The decision was made by the album’s producer Bang Si Hyuk and the 2AM members agreed that the album was not complete or ready for the release. The album will only include five songs.
Their company released a statement explaining why the due date was changed: “Because the members won’t be promoting on television, the album must be judged 100 percent on just the music. The 2AM members decided that the completeness of the songs was more important than anything, and decided to do some additional mixing. We’re apologetic to the fans for postponing the release, but we will repay with higher quality music.”
Even though the album is pushed back a little later the show will still go on for their Nocturne concert on December 7th to December 8th at the SK Olympic Handball Stadium. The group will also be in Los Angeles, CA on December 15th and in Taipei, Taiwan on December 21st.
