Can one of The Pongs debut as a K-Pop idol after only three months of training?!
This huge question is exactly what brand new webshow, YOUSTAR, is going to answer! Traditionally, the complex and difficult process that trainees must face is considered a mandatory rite of passage, and a journey to becoming an idol that shouldn’t be avoided or taken lightly! So just how are these girls going to achieve in just three months, what others dedicate their entire lives towards? Read on to find out!
Who are The Pongs?
The Pongs are a group of average Korean YouTubers, inexperienced in both singing and dancing. Fall, Winter, and Daily Jin’s director made a decision five months ago to question the natural K-Pop order, and volunteered them to be a part of this challenging social experiment. In just three short months, one of the trio is expected to debut as a fully-formed K-Pop idol, and release a real single, from a real album. Can they actually survive the harsh realities of female idol training? Do they even have the slightest hope of success?! You’ll have to follow the series to find out!
