2NE1 in L.A: New Evolution

2NE1 recently performed in LA for their New Evolution World Tour on August 25th.

Taken place at the Nokia Threatre, they started their blood-pumping performance with “I Am The Best” and then followed with “Fire.” CL welcomed the crowd with a statement saying that this was their first visit to LA and ensured fans of a great show!

Songs that they sang next would be “Clap Your Hands,” “I Don’t Care” and “Don’t Stop The Music.”  CL impressed the crowd with her skills at the DJ table with songs from Cindi Lauper, Madonna and Rihanna.  Bom then performed her solo song “You and I.” After her performance, all the girls gathered again with “Try to Follow Me”  followed by Minzy and CL’s performance of “Please Don’t Go” and then joined again with a group performance of  “Pretty Boy.”

Dara made a solo performance singing “Kiss.”  Before their intermission, she encouraged couples in the audience to “Kiss and Dance.” These were projected onto the big screens in the theatre.

2NE1 sang a lot of songs in their show like “It Hurts,” “Lonely,” “In The Club,” “Stay Together” and “I Love You.” The group takes a small break and after which they started singing “Ugly,” “Let’s Go Party,” “Scream,” “Hate You,” “Go Away” and “Can’t Nobody” as the last song. But since the crowd wanted more, they came out once again for an encore of “I Don’t Care.”

But it doesn’t stop there. “I Am The Best” began and Will.i.am and apl.de.ap appeared on stage along with the girls, thus making this a more memorable night both to the fans and to the artists.
