After the release of its second studio album, “Legend of 2PM,” on February 13th, 2PM went on to take over weekly charts in Japan.
The group managed to top the weekly charts on the Oricon, Tower Records and HMV. The feat is all the more noticeable as it comes less than a week since the album was released.
The members of 2PM commented through JYP Entertainment, “We′re very happy to hear that [our album has] topped the Oricon Weekly Chart and HMV and Tower Records′ weekly charts. We also want to thank those who have shown their support for us. We′ll be a 2PM that works hard with the support given us.”
2PM’s tour in Japan managed to gather a 150,000 audience. On March, they will have a concert in the Philippines and on April they will be at Tokyo Dome.
