4minute to donate their voices to ‘School 2013′ OST with “Welcome to The School”

It was revealed that the first to release a track for the OST of KBS2TV‘s new drama ‘School 2013’ would be girl group 4minute!

The group will release a song for the OST by the name of “Welcome to The School” and it will be available on December 4th to the public through online music portals.

This song gives the feel of a school that is tarnished with violence and bullying but the song gives hopes to provide peace and replace despair with joy. It features strong drumming and heavy guitar rift, and its chorus is an unique upscale of notes. This new pop dance track displays the talent vocal skills of the 4minute members and it is highly anticipated as HyunA’s rap will add extra flavor.

‘School 2013′ is the fifth in the ‘School Series’ which started in 1999 and its last broadcast was the short lived ‘School 4′ back in 2001.
