8 Noona Killers In K-Pop: Boys Who Slay Us In A Second

K-Pop is full of them ridiculously good looking boys. But I want to discuss the “Noona Killer.” Think of as the hot younger guy that has be wreaking the lives of K-Pop and drama Noonas since their inception. So in no particular order. The “Noona Killers” of K-Pop.

NU’EST

I get some slack for not adding these guys to any of my lists. It nothing personal I like NU’EST its just they miss the cut off when it comes to publish time. Now we here at Officially KMusic love NU’EST as so and check out when we got a shout out from the guys here.  But when they release their track “Introduce Me To Your Noona” this group made sure to get the attention of Noonas worldwide.This handsome group of young lads earned a small piece in a number of Noona’s hearts around the world.

BTS

These group of talented group of guys have gotten attention from K-Pop fans around the world and across demographics. Seriously whats not to like. BTS is a legitimate  total pack band. With excellent vocals, raps , and intricate dance moves BTS has it all. I love love their new album “Dark&Wild” it was a well done, well produced album. BTS gets better with every new release, it is going to be interesting to watch this band in the coming future. But in regards to these guys as “Noons Killers?” They are a group of handsome young men who will grow up well. There is not much Noona’s can say when it come to such a young band. With release of “One More Day” BTS went from a group of cute guys to a seriously talented and cute group of guys.

VIXX

When it looked as if K-Pop boy bands were going to send us in to a sweetness over dose VIXX makes a much darker and edger debut and we here at Officially KMusic loved their latest music video for “Eternity.”. It was this same image that got the attention of Noona’s world wide, this groups has a large international following.

SHINee

Let’s be honest you can not have a true “Noona Killer” list and NOT include SHINee , these guys are the original “Noona Killer” they recognized the Noona of the world pretty early on. And the Noonas in turn love them some SHINee.  Following the theame of all the bands on this list SHINee is a “full service” band singing , dancing, acting. Everything these guys do they sale it whether its cute and sweet to sexy and mature SHINee can do it.

EXO

Now I am talking about EXO as a whole no EXO M or EXO K, this is a band that had to be on this list. Despite the fact that the music video does’t really exists (the fans know what I am talking about)  EXO “What Is Love” is a somewhat strange music video . Myself and other Noonas agree this is an excellent song one of the best one off the album. This song requires you to sing it really loud in the car,  shower everywhere even the grocery store. Then there are 11 other handsome reasons to like this band if the talent of the guys is not enough for you

BTOB 

Another group that I feel doesn’t get the love they deserve BTOB has proven they are a talented group of young men. They made sure they got the Noonas vote with the release of “Irresistible Lips” total package release. Good song? Check. Music video good with tolerable amount of confusion? Check Body rolling  and lip rubbing? Check and check.  Then there is the exciting part the guys are having a come back at the end of the month so we don’t have to wait to long from a come back you can read all about it here.

Infinite

Another example that you don’t have to be a band full of teenagers to be “Noona Killers.” Infinite is often name in the company as many of the bands on this list.  Again with this group excellent vocals and dancing are synonymous. It also does not hurt that they are also really good looking. Infinite is a a group that has a sound that is all their own. It was tough trying to what music video share we here at Officially KMusic love them all but in the end it was “The Chaser” in all of its 4 minute and 15 second glory that was the winner. As one of the writers put it “everyone loves the song, and if they don’t they are a dirty liar.” I thin that ind of says it all.
