A Korean Girl Group Sets New Record in Japan!

The Korean girl group that set a new record in Japan is none other than Girls’ Generation!

Girls’ Generation has recently completed their 2^nd arena tour in Japan. Also, according to SM Entertainment, the girls have set a new record for a Korean girl group in Japan, reaching a total of 200,000 fans through this single tour.

“Girls’ Generation II- Girls & Peace- Japan 2^nd Tour” began on February 9^th in Kobe and finished on April 21^st in Osaka. On the last day, Girls’ Generation sang a total of 27 songs, including their latest Korean single, “I Got a Boy” and their Japanese single, “Flower Power”. During the tour, they visited 7 cities and held 20 concerts.

On May 29^th, the girls will release a new Japanese single titled “Love & Girls”.
