‘Reminiscing’ is a track that talks about remembering about an old love in a sad way. The track itself is a ballad with a jazz and future soul mix. This definitely is able to showcase Ailee’s voice well where she hits the high notes, It is surely something new and refreshing, something different to what Ailee usually sings. But she was still able to show off her powerful vocals, and how diverse her vocal range and style is.
Ailee continues to amaze fans with her voice as she hits a falsetto in the first verse, hits fans with the vibrato in the second and finishing off a perfect song with the high notes. It is such a beautiful track to listen to, where listeners can’t help but be moved by the melody and voice.
