GOT7‘s Jackson Wang has teamed up with Chinese rapper Al Rocco for his new single ‘Bruce Lee‘. The song was revealed to fans in the form of an audio MV.
‘Bruce Lee‘ is a hip-hop track with a groovy rhythm and a very addictive refrain that makes you want to chant along. Jackson and Al Rocco have almost equal part distributions. Because of the two rappers’ distinctly different styles and tones, the whole piece sounds interesting despite being quite simplistic in terms of composition.

According to Al Rocco, ‘Bruce Lee‘ is a track that “expresses the strength of the Chinese people through the power of music and kung fu to bridge the gap between east and west presenting to the world that we are strong and we are here to break stereotypes for a new unified world“. The fusion between hip-hop elements and Chinese symbols in the album artwork may be representing the track’s purpose to serve as a bridge between eastern and western cultures.
Meanwhile, the full music video of ‘Bruce Lee‘ will come out on the 22nd of this month. Are you excited? Let us know in the comments below.
