After a successful American tour last year, AOMG artists came to Singapore and managed to attract thousands of fans during their concert in Singapore on 1st May 2017. The artists of the AOMG, namely Jay Park, Simon Dominic, Loco, DJ Pumkin and Gray entertained the crowd with live song performances which was held at the Suntec Convention Hall.
Loco was first to grace the stage. After his performance, he announced to the crowd that he will be releasing his new album soon.
Gray soon joined the stage while humming the intro from “Mommae“. But as soon as he walked up towards Loco, he loses his balance and trips on stage. With an embarrassed look on his face he repeated his introduction and finished with his trademark whisper, “Gray”.
Loco and Gray sang their hit songs such as “Thinking about you”, “Summer night” and ended their set with their song, “So Good”.
Simon D sauntered nonchalantly towards the stage with his song “Simon Says” which elicited of screams and excitement from the crowd.
Simon D’s set certainly had its hype moments as he performed with a stretch of songs including “Money don’t Lie”, “Who you” and “Lonely Night”
The rapper shared with the audience that his favorite Singaporean dish is Laksa and later joked that everyone should join him to eat Laksa after the concert and said that his name is “LakSimon D”.
Last but not least, when Jay Park appeared to perform on stage, a cacophony of squeals erupted from the audience and bodies rushed towards the stage from all sides. Jay Park took the lead and performed his songs such as, “Me like Yuh“, “All I wanna do” and “Party“.
During the concert, Jay park said “I have to cut my hair and bring back the 2010 Jay Park”and led the crowd in a sporting round of sing-along of the track “Joah“.
The concert encore comprised with all AOMG artists performing the song “Who You” from the popular rap competition TV reality show “Show me the money“. The concert was followed with a High-five session and group photo with some lucky fans.
