DramaFever will be going all out for their 3rd Annual DramaFever Awards presented by Toyota on February 5th, 2015. The major event will be taking place live at the Hudson Theater at the Millennium Broadway Hotel near legendary destination icon New York City’s Times Square. The purpose of the event is to give passionate fans from all over the world the opportunity to relive some of their favorite dramas by recognizing their favorites from the past year. Drama lovers will vote at dramafever/awards all through mid-December.
Their are a set of impressive nominees that shows it will be tough competition in all 13 categories including: Best Actor and Actress, Best Kiss and Best Couple, as well as new categories Best Korean Drama, Best Japanese Drama, Best Chinese Language Drama, Best Movie, Rising Star, Fan Favorite and Boldest Moment in Drama presented by Toyota. Drama’s in the lead and that are expected to walk away with major winnings are ‘It’s Okay, That’s Love’ with 6 nominations followed by followed by ‘Tomorrow’s Cantabile’ with four nominations and ‘My Loveable Girl’, ‘Fated to Love You’ and ‘Emergency Couple’ closing in with their 3 nominations.
DramaFever Awards are much like the Academy Awards in their own respected industry. After a successful digital launch in 2013, DramaFever moved into a new phase with its awards show by popular online demand with over millions of votes to create a live event. The DramaFever Awards continues to attract big names, last year fans and VIPs gathered in NYC, while top stars like Park Shin Hye (Heirs, Pinocchio), Chris Wang (Love me or Leave me) and Kang Gary (Running Man) joined the celebration, hosted by Teen Wolf (MTV) star Arden Cho.
