SM Entertainment is launching a super boy group with their existing male idols called SuperM. The members of this group are SHINee‘s Taemin, EXO‘s Kai and Baekhyun, NCT‘s Taeyong and Mark, and Chinese NCT unit WayV‘s Lucas and Ten. Interestingly enough, these NCT members are all a part of NCT U, their rotational unit. Members will bring to this team powerhouse vocals, impressive dance skills, top-notch rapping and stunning visuals. They are expected to debut on October 4th with a mini album and will focus their promotions on the US.
Image teasers and a schedule have already been released on the group’s official social media accounts. Now, they are in the midst of releasing individual member’s teasers. Check out Baekhyun‘s below!
Trailer:
Baekhyun starts off sitting in an intricate and complex lab with lots of wires and technology. He is hooked up to machines where it looks like he is being experimented on. A little robot with a camera attached to it observes him. The background music becomes more cryptic as the room gets darker and more technology is utilised to observe Baekhyun. Towards the end, Taemin is spinning atop a flight of stairs. This suggests that his teasers will be released next. At the end, the tone of the trailer changes and becomes lighter. Baekhyun, with his pink hair, is surrounded by a white light.
