BESTie’s Dahye recently released her Yoga book called Girl Group Yoga with Dahye.
The book explains yoga terms and techniques easily for anyone wanting to learn new poses. The book is separated into chapters for each part of the body to help shape that specific part.
Daehye earned her Level 3 yoga teacher certificate in March.
Yoga is something everyone can learn and do at home. It does not only keep your body in shape but it also gives you a better ability to keep your focus and stay calm, yoga also keeps your stress level down. It’s pretty much one of the best, easiest and fun ways to keep your body healthy.
