As hopefully all of you know by now SM Entertainment‘s world reknown superstar dancer and solo singer BoA will be appearing in her first Hollywood film, “Make Your Move,” set to hit theaters on the 18 of this month. Directed by Duane Adler, famous for other such dance movies as “Step Up” and “Save the Last Dance“, this modern-day “Romeo and Juliet” style love story revolves around the lives of two amazing dancers, Aya (BoA) and Donny (played by Derek Hough from “Dancing With the Stars“), who refuse to give up anything for their art and their love.
Now through a Billboard exclusive we get our first listen to the lead single off the movie’s soundtrack. The upbeat dance-pop track “Let Me In,” which is being performed by songwriter/producer Michael Corcoran, who’s works have been heard in such movies and TV shows like “Sam & Cat,” “Victorious” to name a couple. Accoring to Billboard “The song was co-written by Corcoran, TV/film songwriter Eric Goldman and Hough himself“.
The accompying video for the song features both BoA and Derek in snippets from both the film as well as some behind the scenes footage from their dance practices.
