On July 30th, BLACKPINK dropped the music video to their collaboration track with mobile game, PUBG MOBILE, ‘Ready For Love’. Originally revealed in the quartet’s Netflix documentary back in 2020, it failed to make the cut into the group’s 2020 album, ‘The Album’. Finally being released, this marks the YG Entertainment group’s first group track in almost two years.
Professing being ready for love, the dance-pop track is matched with an MV of the members as avatars. In a fantasy world, the members all run away from dangerous natural forces such as ice, fire and the forest. Flowers bloom around to lead them to safety as the dreamy landscape makes way for them to show off the track’s choreography.
