On June 29th, rookie girl group BLING BLING dropped a special performance clip for their B-side track, ‘Milkshake’. Off their 1st mini album, ‘CONTRAST’, the girls 5 days later revealed a vertical video for the tune.
This track displays the refreshing charms of the MAJOR9 group and allows them to diversify in their music. The track stands in opposition to their title track from the same EP, ‘Oh MAMA’. They further recently announced due to the positive reception from the title track, they would be continuing music show promotions with ‘Milkshake’.

BLING BLING ‘MILKSHAKE’ PERFORMANCE VIDEOS:
The tropical poppy instrumental whilst minimal at its beginning, reaches an exciting climax with the synthesizers coming forward in the tune to create a pleasant summer bop. Moreover, the group’s high vocal tones add a freshness and youthful attitude to the track. With the chorus filled with intermittent vocables, the catchiness factor also increases and adds to the identity of the song.
Watching the performance clip, we see the sextet dressed in white tennis outfits. The members look stunning as their vibrant hair colours contribute to the playful vibe of the track, and can help new fans identify all six members. With a clear blue gradient sky, the bright blue tennis court contrasts the scattered neon green tennis balls spread around the courts in the centre. The synchronization of the choreography performed show off the group’s skill in their routine. All smiles, they draw you into the spirited dance. In comparison, the vertical video showcases the track performed with individual close-ups of each of the members. Here we get to see the cute appeal of girls as they perform a sweeter version of the choreography of the track.
