No good deed goes unpunished, and it never hurts to give back to your community.
Hip Hop label Brand New Music kicked off their 2015 with a selfless act of giving back. Members of the label spent 5 days serving rice cake soup to over a thousand underprivileged people in a neighborhood in Seoul. Their team included Troy, Reimer, As One, Phantom, among other artists. They created mobile kitchens in the morning, and spent almost the entire day handing out food to the homeless in the cold. This small act of kindness sure warms your heart in this frigid weather!
Reimer’s representatives gave a heartwarming message, in their speech they couldn’t stress enough how much they wanted to give back and to inspire the youth. It was also revealed that they will hold special performances for the youth, and are happy to give their time to the community.
Their small act of kindness especially hit news circuits, bringing to light the importance of helping others regardless of the year. It is never too late to give a helping hand.
