Former Fly to the Sky member Brian Joo performed in LA last year for 6,000 people while performing in the musical, “Loving the Silent Tears“. He and Heather Park performed in Korean and English during the musical, dressed in traditional Korean costumes, and honored the Korean culture.
An English version of Brian’s song was released, and was written by composer David Shire after being inspired by Supreme Master Ching Hai‘s poetry.
Brian said that it was an honor to be able to perform with so many different and talented singers, and that music is what had brought him to where he is today.
The musical tells a story of a man and woman who go through many different paths and struggles that other people can relate to.
All money raised from this musical was donated to several organizations.
The song is now available on several music sites that include MelOn, iTunes, Daum, and various others.
On April 6th, he started his musical, “When a Man Loves“, co-starring Narsha of Brown Eyed Girls and Hong Kyung Min.
