With the help of BTS and their latest collaboration with SK Telecom, the have caused havoc with students in Korea with the release of their new commercial and some very special 3D printed figurines.
At the beginning of the video we see a troubled teacher trying to teach a large class of students, but with a shout of “I’ll be back” the class empties and leaves tables, chairs and papers all over the place. The scene then cuts to the assembly hall with another teacher trying to do a lecture to a hall full of students – but again with a shout of “I’ll be back” the hall empties and we see a hoard of students running out of the school.
It seems that all of the students were heading down to the local T World to take part in the new SK Telecom deal that gives it’s subscribers a miniature figure of the BTS members. But it doesn’t stop there, the members then promote that if customers come into the store and look at the deals, that there is a variety of gifts available. It seems that their promotion will also allow customers who fulfill the shop’s criteria will also have a choice of gifts: BTS figurines, postcards, water bottles, stickers, notebooks as well!
The way it works is that the figurines alone will be available on February 18-19. You must visit the Hongdae T World location on February 18 and the Garosugil T World location on February 19. Customers will pick a random key, and if the key they pick is the lucky one to open the box, they can win one of the figurines. But don’t panic if you can’t make either of the locations, as 14 special individuals can win by retweeting and including the special hashtags – The winners from twitter will be announced on February 21.
