BTS x LOTTE Duty Free

LOTTE Duty Free has released not one, but FOUR different language versions of BTS‘ advertising campaign MV, ‘You’re So Beautiful‘, launching their latest global collaboration with the group.

Short (but not so sweet), the video concept feels like a collision between the worlds of ‘MIC Drop‘ and ‘Blood, Sweat & Tears‘, as Bangtan‘s signature power choreography is coupled with a glittering wardrobe and strong graphic contrasts. Watch the MV below now!

BTS x LG Electronics

ARMYs all over the globe might see BTS‘ faces appear in their local mobile stores in the near future! LG have gradually publicised their newest global ambassadors on their international social media accounts (including LG Australia and LG Phillipines) over the last few days.

This was also the first image released of the newly raven-haired members, which arguably caused more of a stir than the announcement of the campaign itself!

A black-haired OT7 trifecta

ICYMI, BigHit Entertainment released an 8:52 video on 5 April titled ‘Euphoria: Theme of Love Yourself 起 Wonder‘; so far the company has revealed that the video is unrelated to their next comeback, but is a prologue to BTS‘ highlight reel series from August last year.

Also filmed by Lumpens (his latest handiwork was J-Hope‘s mixtape MVs for ‘Airplane‘ and ‘Daydream‘), the video features soaring vocals from maknae Jungkook, who sings a solo track also titled ‘Euphoria‘, over the reel. The song was produced by newcomer to BigHit collaborations, DJ Swivel, with the usual talented suspects also listed in the song credits (‘Hitman’ Bang, Supreme Boi, Adora and BTS leader RM).

We only have two questions: is Jungkook‘s ‘Euphoria‘ going to be the intro track for Bangtan‘s next installment of the ‘LOVE YOURSELF‘ album series (or is this a total red herring – we’re looking at you, V and Jin); and will black-haired OT7 make it all the way to comeback (insert group photos with bucket hats and beanies here).
