On May 1st, a BTS fan on Twitter messaged Mike Mahan to invite the members to the Billboard Music Awards. The fan specifically wrote, “Hope you’ve already sent them the invitation they deserve.” As the president of Dick Clark Productions and one of the key people in charge of the ceremony itself, Mahan replied, “Done.” This only lead everyone to believe that the group has been officially offered to join other big artist on the special night.
A few days ago, it was also announced that the group surpassed Miley Cyrus and Rihanna for Third-Most Weeks at number one on the Social 50 Chart. Fans are feeling proud as their favorite K-pop stars who continue to make impressive achievements.
