ARMYs are you ready?
BTS will release a remix version of ‘Mic Drop’ on November 17th. The septet collaborated with DJ Steve Aoki and features hip hop rapper Desiigner. Hints were dropped on Twitter by Steve Aoki for a future collaboration, and a few days ago Desiigner tweeted about BTS.

BigHit Entertainment and BTS acknowledge the overwhelming amount of love and success ‘Love Yourself: Her‘ received. In return for the fans’ love and support, the remix of ‘Mic Drop‘ will encompass a new and fun sound for many to enjoy.
Two days after the release, BTS will perform their title track ‘DNA‘ at the American Music Awards on November 19th. This is an important event for BigHit and BTS as this will be the group’s American debut on live television.
‘Mic Drop‘ was inspired by Former U.S President Barack Obama’s speech at the 2016 White House Correspondent Dinner. It is a song full of confidence, diss, and swag. With its haunting sound, sick beat, ruthless raps, and powerful vocals fans from all over have been raving about the hip hop track. We sure cannot wait to hear the remix version!
Meanwhile let’s prepare ourselves by listening to the original version of ‘Mic Drop!‘
