Burstered has finally released the music video for ‘Lost Child‘ and ‘Gwangalli‘. This five-member group is able to show their amazing skills in the world of rock where they show off their perfect on point screams with the guitarist having great chord progressions.
The introduction to the song, ‘Lost Child’, begins with a short shout and the guitarists starts to play the melody of the song. The lyrics are sending a message of leaving this world and escaping a reality that is full of contradictions. So when the drums kick in, the song becomes one that has a pop feel but with stronger and deeper use of the voice.
In the music video, it shows the members playing the instruments live like playing their guitars and playing the drums. By showing this, they are able to show the amount of energy put into the song and how immersed into the song they are. They are also able to show their talents like their awesome guitar hand tricks and their drum playing is. On top of that, they do a lot of head banging and movement in their body that corresponds to the rhythm.
In comparison to ‘Lost Child’, ‘Gwangalli’ has a more gentle touch and shows more of what is happening behind the scenes and how they have fun before a performance. It also was based on the vocalist’s No Dae Geon experience travelling to Busan for the first time this year. In this love song, they written this type of piece to show their fans that they are not just a band that sings rock but they are also able to sing softer songs with their own twist on it.
Overall, ‘Lost Child’ and ‘Gwangalli’ brings another factor of music genre into the k-pop world and hopefully more rock bands will appear!
