The company that has JYJ signed, C-Jes is retaliating against numerous netizens who are responsible of leaving viscous comments on Kim Jaejooong’s Twitter account. It was then that C-Jes contacted Gangnam’s Police: Cyber investigation Unit on February 3rd.
A C-Jes representative spoke to Star News about the incident, “Since Twitter’s headquarters are located in America, we expect there to be a slight time delay but we will follow investigation protocols and take strong legal action against these commenters.” They also added,“Please consider the psychological pain that the family members are receiving due to these harmful comments. These negative comments have crossed the line. It has become too big of a scar for a public figure to handle. Of course there are damages to his image as well. We think these comments have crossed the line of being free speech as an anti-fan and that it can be considered as a crime.” adding, “We hope the negative commenters will learn that their irresponsible words can be a huge crime.”
C-Jes has taken it even further by taking the situation onto their Facebook account by calling out the 6 netizen, cyber-attackers by posting screen shots their incriminating comments. Posting screen shots of not just the harmful comments but their hashtags that read “Kim Jaejoong and his older sister commit incest” and another tweeted hashtag made by another netizen that said, “Kim Jaejoong is a complete pervert.”
The perpetrators face prosecution from the company who plan to take exact action, they plan to sue the commenters for an attempt in character assassination and defamation, in which they spread false rumors about the singers private life.
On any level bullying is unacceptable, C-Jes has absolutely showed off their mama claws against those who attack their artist to threaten their career and livelihood.
