Olltii, another fabulous Korean rapper, commenced his new year, ending the previous year with a comeback, releasing two audio tracks.
A boy who still holds on to the memory of his broken relationship, tries to find strength by alcohol and other simple things. He tries to pretend to be fine in front of his ex-lover, and to pull himself together, waiting for another chance to make it alright, deep inside; yet the feeling of being apart in different worlds makes him feel like there’s no gravity towards a make up anymore.
Although it is a sad love song, the music and the tempo don’t really put you in a bad mood. Just as how well the artist voices the song out, it is also written very well to make you hear his message till the end. I prefer this single to be played when I need to ease myself, as it has a rhythm added to those words, that can take control of one’s feelings.
The lyrics were written by Olltii himself. Jacoby Planet has contributed in composition and arranging the piece, and Dalchong of Cheeze features him in vocals. This is marked as a production which is different than Olltii’s previous work.
Together with this, he did a remake of ‘Superior Planet’, a track from his 2012 mixtape ‘Rappin OLLday’. For this track, ‘Suda’, features both in vocals and lyrics.
Both tracks are available on iTunes.
This young artist just turned 20 years of age on this January 2nd. Whilst enjoying his skillful rapping, let’s wish him good luck for his future too.
