Clara Regrets Not Joining Girls’ Generation When SM Entertainment Offered

Clara admitted that she regretted rejecting SM Entertainment‘s offer to join Girls’ Generation.

She revealed in an interview that while she was in the United States, SM Entertainment and JYP Entertainment both made her recruitment offers. She confessed, “I’m disappointed because SM Entertainment suggested that I join Girls’ Generation [before Girls’ Generation debuted]. They became so big.”

She said that it was her father, a singer, that denied her to join the company.

However, netizens have quite some negative responses as they commented about the large number of women that claimed to be have in the Girls’ Generation’s lineup.
