The twelve constellations that make up the Cosmic Girls (WJSN) released their second music video off their first mini album ‘Would You Like?’.
Under Starship Entertainment and Yuehua Entertainment, like their brother group UNIQ, the Cosmic Girls debuted with ‘Mo Mo Mo’ and are also the first girl group since Sistar under their agency. One of the interesting parts of this group is that they are already split into four subunits from their introductions and each carry a certain trait like sweet, natural, joy, and wonder.
‘Catch Me’ is quite different than ‘Mo Mo Mo’ which was a sweet and bubbly song. Showing a more mature side already, WJSN seems to be channelling their older sister group and bringing the rough bad girl vibe. The music is an electronic pop song with a bit of an edge. When it comes to the video, the choreography and styling is nice, but the cinematography is a little to be desired. Check it out!
I like both songs and the album is fun. The girls are set to do promotions in China and Korea since their debut was simultaneous in both countries. I really liked that the group is showing two sides from the beginning because it doesn’t leave you wondering if they will just stick with the cutesy concept like some girl groups. Though Starship is really known for their groups being versatile, one of the many things fans love. Did you like ‘Catch Me’? Tell us about it!
