Similar to the KBEE, the ‘Korea Day‘ is a big annual event in Malaysia that has the objective of sharing the Korean culture with the country. The event brings together Malaysian and Korean companies in order to exchange products and culture and the exhibition features companies from many sectors.
The 2014 Korea Day will happen from July 24th to 26th, at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC, Megamall 3F) from 10am to 8pm.
This year, a Korean fusion music band called Hwang-Jin-Yi Band will perform the Korean traditional instruments: Gayagum, Haegum, Daegum on 24th and 25th July. There will also be cooking class to teach the visitors how to make Korean foods including Kimchi, Korean Pancake, Bibimbap and Bulgogi.
On the 26th, from 2pm to 5pm, aspiring teengers who love K-Pop and have dancing or singing abilities can take part on the ‘Teengaer Music Festival‘ in order to show their talents.
