DMTN posed in a hanbok for the Lunar New Year and talked about their plans for 2013.
Daniel said, “This is my first time wearing a hanbok. It feels like I’ve really became a Korean person.”
Jeesu revealed, “I think this is my first time wearing one since kindergarten. Because we are actively promoting, we are happy and also more at peace, and since we feel relaxed on stage, we want to quickly get up there and sing.”
Details behind the group’s name change were also revealed. They stated, “It is the abbreviation of Dalmatian and stands for ‘Desire, Motivation, Timing, and Now’. It’s not that the name has changed because we’ve used Dalmatian since a long time ago. It’s not that we let go of the name ‘Dalmatian’ either. We prefer that people say that DMTN is short for Dalmatian as well.”
Relating to the group’s long hiatus, Daniel stated, “After entering a new agency, we made a comeback with the heart to start anew, and because we have the heart and passion, we anticipate getting on stage and only look forward to that. We only think about standing on stage all week.”
He continued with, “This time we are trying to consistently promote. We don’t plan to have a comeback hiatus and kick off [our promotions]. Fortunately, we also receive a lot of love calls from overseas. We’ll be traveling overseas a lot starting in April. We’ll also focus on our domestic activities and consistently promote throughout 2013.”
