The Drama Between TS and B.A.P Continues

So, it seems that remainings from 2014 are catching us up in 2015. First news between the lawsuit with SM and former EXO members Luhan and Wu Yifan, and now TS Entertainment has released official statement regarding B.A.P’s lawsuit for termination of contract due to unprofessionalism and exhaustion that B.A.P member suffered while being in TS.

Here is what the representatives said:

“TS has filed a statement, but they were only formally denying B.A.P’s arguments and had no specific data, and/or explanations. So they would have to file an extra statement/written answer.”

Also, “TS is in a position where they will be needing a lot of time to file an extra statement in order to refute to B.A.P’s arguments” , “Because of these reasons, it seems like they will file the extra statements when the first pleading/argument date is near. The first pleading/argument date is expected to be around March~April.”

They also stated that they have proof regarding the 3rd party involved in B.A.P’s lawsuit and that they will take that evidence to the court.

As a reminder B.A.P has filed a contract nullification law suit earlier against their company, TS Entertainment on November 26th, to Seoul Western District Court. In the brief, BAP has come into an agreement(signed their contract) on 2011 of March with their company, but the contract was still unfavorable/had lots of disadvantages towards the members.

I’m so tired from all of this, I know, money makes the world spinning in our time, but why the simple things need to be so complicated. Members waited for Zelo to come of age so they can sue TS, now they are in this situation without certain future. Fans are waiting for them, worried for what can happen, TS is denying all the statements the members said in the lawsuit, this has become a never-ending story.

What will happen to B.A.P? Are they going to resolve and make peace with the company that created them and return in better conditions and to better working conditions? Are they going to look for another company to sign with? These things can last forever, I’m afraid for B.A.P’s future.
