On October 14th, Woolim Entertainment‘s up and coming boy group, DRIPPIN, released their debut trailer, confirming their arrival. Three days later on the 17th, the group released the first batch of concept photos for their debut mini album, ‘Boyager’. Check the trailer and photos out down below!
DRIPPIN DEBUT TRAILER + CONCEPT PHOTOS:
Watching the debut trailer, we hear a bright guitar melody strumming in the background. Individually, the boys jump into the sky in the outfits we see in the concept photos above. Looking youthful, the 15 second clip ends with the whole group dressed mainly in black and white, jumping together behind the sunset, revealing their lineup.
Examining the first set of concept photos, the group display their young visuals. Wearing clothes perfect for a chilly spring coming out of winter, the group pose in an outdoor brick corridor and on top of blue rusted stairs.
The group has also released their scheduler ahead of their debut. It shows that fans will receive more concepts, a trailer, track prequels, the track list and MV teaser before the seven-member group ultimately make their debut into the industry. The group’s lineup includes former X1 member Junho with every single member with the exception of Alex appearing on Mnet‘s idol survival show, ‘Produce X 101’ back in 2019. Alex though will be the first foreign member, being half Korean and half German, to debut under Woolim Entertainment. The remaining members consist of Hyeop, Yunseong, Changuk, Dongyun and Minseo.
Ahead of their 1st mini album, the group have released episodes of their variety show, ‘We Are Drippin’ to have fans familiarise themselves with the septet’s dynamic and the members themselves.
DRIPPIN‘s 1st mini album release date, and debut with ‘Boyage’ will be on this October 28th, 6PM KST!
