On September 4th, Woolim Entertainment‘s upcoming boy group DRIPPIN released a logo motion video ahead of their debut. Check out the video down below!
DRIPPIN OFFICIAL LOGO MOTION:
In the short clip. we see a Rubik’s cube moving around as it changes to different colours. It stops rotating at a charcoal black colour before turning one more and locking in. Shining white light beams through the crevices of the cube as the background turns white and we see the group’s logo resemble a black cube with white cracks. Lastly, we see the group’s name in a thin minimalist font next to it.
The boy group will contain seven members. They include Lee Hyeop, Hwang Yunseong, Joo Changuk, Kim Dongyun, Kim Minseo and Cha Junho. The former five have collectively released a digital single in September 2019, ‘1M1S’ as part of the company’s pre-debut project, ‘W Project 4’. Cha Junho was part of the project group, X1, formed from Mnet‘s idol survival show, ‘Produce X 101’. The group was prematurely disbanded in January 2020 due to allegations against the show’s producers for manipulating the voting results for members joining the group.
The seventh member of the group has not been revealed yet, hence fans are curious as to who that might be. This debut will be the company’s first boy group in just 3 years since the debut of GOLDEN CHILD in 2017.
DRIPPIN is set to debut sometime this October.
