Big Bang’s T.O.P , aka the guy that has always been anti-skinship, begins filming for his new Korean-Japanese drama with Actress Ueno Juri today.
On March 31 YG Entertainment had initially confirmed that both T.O.P and Juri would be costarring as both male and female leads in the upcoming drama.
The film which is a collaboration between CJ E&M and top Japanese entertainment company Amuse Inc. centers around the story of T.O.P’s character Woo Hyun, a man who experiences the pains of love after facing heartbreak from his first love and Haruka, played by Juri, a woman seeking the answer as to what love is. As the story unfolds and these two try to discover what love is, a new romance begins to bloom.
Director Lee Seung Hoon gave his thoughts on this project: “This project has finally entered production after going through nearly a year of planning. I am very happy to be able to work with T.O.P and Juri Ueno, as we had them in mind for the leading male and female roles since the planning stages. We will make a fun production that many people will be able to enjoy.”
