The boys of EXO has proved themselves to be phenomenal power rookies, as they sold the most physical albums of 2013 so far!
Their first album ‘XOXO,’ including sale numbers for regular and repackaged, reached 501,000 copies for sales on August 28th. The last artist that sold over 500,000 copies for one album and repackage was labelmate Super Junior‘s album ‘Sexy, Free&Single.’
The ‘Kiss’ version of ‘XOXO’ sold 166,000 copies where its Chinese counterpart ‘Hug’ reached 131,000. The repackaged album sold 123,000 and 77,000 respectively.
The twelve are the best selling artists on Hanteo’s charts since 2009!
Congratulations! They are certainly making ‘History‘!
